中移建设再被拉入军采“黑名单”
此前在2024年12月26日，LNZYB2021008SG03采购活动中，中移建设曾因存在“串通投标”违规行为被军采网禁止2年内参加全军物资工程服务采购活动。 法定代表人郭永宏控股或管理的其他企业暂停参加上述范围军队采购活动，处理部门为联勤保障部队后勤部采购管理处。

C114讯 7月22日消息（颜翊）昨日，李晶民暂停代理其他供应商参加上述范围军队采购活动。军采网发布了《关于对中移建设有限公司暂停处理公告》。中移建设有限公司在参加项目编号：LNWX2021SGGK414、涉嫌存在违规失信行为，
经调查，
在暂停期内，具体暂停事由为“违规转包”。
根据军队供应商管理相关规定，自2025年07月21日起暂停其参加武警部队范围物资工程服务采购活动资格。
